Service Process
-
1On-site Survey
The engineering design team conducts an on-site survey, planning grid integration paths, possible interconnection points, and identifying suitable locations for photovoltaic installation. Preliminary design and cost estimation are then conducted.
-
2Preliminary Assessment
We conduct a preliminary feasibility assessment based on the legality of the land location, external road rights, feeder line capacity, status of the cadastral area, land ownership structure, and rental levels.
-
3Financial Feasibility Assessment
Based on the preliminary assessment, cost estimation, and various financial parameters (e.g., feed-in tariffs, solar irradiance simulation, capacity, land costs, taxes, and interest rates), we estimate the financial feasibility of the project.
-
4Negotiation and Contract Signing
Confirm the development plan and commercial terms and conditions, then a contract is signed upon mutual agreement.
-
5Initiate Application Process
From obtaining the grid connection consent from Taipower, local government consent, power industry establishment, land change or permit approval, to obtaining construction permits and commencement approval.
-
6From Construction to Acceptance
After the project is completed and grid-connected, it enters the operational phase (including warranty and maintenance).
-
7Operations Period Services
20 years of asset management and site operations and maintenance.
