Gender-Friendly Policies

HDRE’s Human Rights Policy ensures that there is no discrimination in promotions, salaries, or behavior based on gender or sexual orientation. We are committed to providing equal opportunities for all genders, allowing every employee to reach their full potential.
To create a family-friendly workplace environment, HDRE has established dedicated nursing rooms in our offices for the use of breastfeeding employees. The nursing rooms are fully equipped with amenities such as backrest chairs, tables, curtains, power outlets, refrigerators for breast milk storage, hand sanitizer, lidded trash bins, phones, and lockers.
In terms of employee gender ratios, as of 2023, women constitute 46% of HDRE's workforce, with women holding 26% of senior management positions. Our board of directors includes seven members, one of whom is a woman. We aim to increase the proportion of women on our board to 25%, further promoting gender equality.

Since 2021, we have established an Occupational Safety and Health Office, which is responsible for safety and health management, system implementation, and promoting a culture of occupational safety. This office, manned by senior management-authorized occupational safety and health personnel, develops and manages appropriate safety protocols to ensure occupational safety and compliance. Additionally, we are responsible for arranging employee training, implementing our commitment to occupational safety and health, and striving to create a secure working environment.

For employee care, we provide comprehensive health management and monitoring measures, including health consultations, maternal care, human hazard assessments, and prevention of unlawful harm, to ensure the physical well-being of our employees. Our commitment extends to establishing sustainable development policies, building a safe workplace, enhancing hazard prevention, and promoting the physical and mental health of our employees.

To this end, we have established a competitive remuneration structure and regularly revise our compensation and benefits system. HDRE's employee remuneration system takes into account market salary levels, domestic economic trends, and the company's operational performance to ensure competitive overall compensation. In 2022, the overall average salary adjustment, including for management and non-management positions, was 4.6%.

Employee Remuneration Policy

In terms of safety, health, and quality education and training, HDRE has conducted various courses, including new employee safety and health training, specialized courses, and employee health management topics. As of March 2022, 1,313 participants had completed a total of 1,813 hours of training. The Company continues to integrate and implement relevant training within its annual education and training plan.
